What lane is best for destroying enemies?

I've been saving up 4800 IP to buy rengar due to friends suggestion, and I currently have about 4.5k. But I've been thinking: I love to destroy enemies with just a few abilities. And I'm wondering if I should scrap rengar for now, and focus on other roles and champs. I haven't played add hardly at all, but it seems fun cause they seem to get a sh-t (not sure if swearing is prohibited) ton of kills and insane kdas. Is this true, does the ADC role give you (or your supposed to) get alot of kills? I love being Able to nearly one shot enemies and getting huge amounts of kills. Should I scrap rengar and maybe get vayne or MF, or Caitlyn, or maybe even get kalista if I save up?

ADC is a very bad idea for "destroying" enemies. They dont become strong until late in the game, and also they dont rely much on abilities. Rengar is a good choice if you want to "destroy" enemies. Usually ADCs are the ones getting destroyed. Assassin champs like Zed Talon Rengar would seem to be a good choice for you.
