Does Akali keep having the speed boost in her shroud and it decays once she leaves her shroud?

I just saw the video and that is what it looks like. Even though it didn't say the speed boost stays in shroud.

Also this new board is horrible.

It refreshes while she's in the shroud and decays once she leaves it, yes.
