The Ranked system is broken.

I get matched with feeders and trolls soooo often that I feel like the ranked system doesn't reflect my performance.

Yes I understand it's a Team Game, but you really can't do anything when most of your team is doing well, and then your mid laner is on 10 cs in 10 minutes.
