Pretty sure Practice tool games are being accounted for.

1.7 M with same champ here. I'm pretty sure it's indicative of low sample size wrt games played, as I don't think I've played more than 4 or 5 veigar games. I don't see how else. My friend, a long time veigar player with hundreds of games on said champ doesn't even have veigar show up in that statistic.
Edit: Actually, you know what. I think it is indeed bugged. I don't see how I could have dealt those colossal numbers in the course of 4-5 games.
Edit : Just checked opgg, I have like 8 games played with an 88% winrate and 2.9 avg deaths per game, this equates to 23 deaths. Now this means I would have had to have dealt 39 million damage in 8 games. Yeap, it's bugged.
