Illaoi E against Morgana E

I do not understand why the entirety of Illaoi's E gets blocked by Morgana's spellsheld. Asking anyone about the two abilities, the assumed interaction is that your spirit will still come out and be attackable, but the slow won't happen after it dies or you leave the circle. A quick Google search would reveal the same sentiment. Morgana's shield is very specific in that it ONLY blocks cc effects and the spirit-hook part of Illaoi's E is not cc. Rivens w still does damage but they are not stunned. In fact, I believe Illaoi's e is the only skillshot that finds every non-cc aspect of it negated by a morgana spellshield. I guess I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended, but it feels like a very inconsistent interaction between the two abilities.

Morgana spell shield works differently than regular spell shields. A spell shield blocks 1-2 cc effects ( granting cc Immunity to all incoming cc for 1 sec etc ) Morgana gains CC Immunity from all effects so long as her shield is up. Also Slows are soft cc still CC and are blocked so long as the shield is up

Edit: the ability attaches a tether which is blocked by the spell shield because it can apply a slow. It's pretty simple to see how an ability with cc would be blocked by a shield that blocks cc Riot can't do half measures when it comes to abilities it either works or it doesn't

It makes no sense. It's the same reason Yasuo's windwall works on Zilean's bombs THAT ALREADY ARE TICKING ON THE GROUND.

Ok can they also fix it's knockup bugs. Yas ulting you while spellshielded off of trundles dildo is not fun.

Also, if I remember correctly, you can pull out the spirit of an ulting olaf as well and it works in exactly the same way you'd think morgana shield would work before trying it out in a game.

That's super weird because I'm 80% sure that even Fiora's parry doesn't prevent her soul from getting snatched. Spell-blocking effects should be consistent across the board imo; Riot will probably have to clarify these in a Stealth vs. Camouflage-like update at some point.
