Send help high ping

OK im living in Germany and have been for a long time. I started league about 4 years ago and I played EU West for about 2 years before I switched over to NA because most of my friends moved back but my ping wasn't to bad sitting around 130 ish, which isn't great but its manageable. Just recently it's jumped to 180 as the standard and fluctuating from 160 - 190 and idk why. There aren't any background programs that're using internet, I tested my ping on EU and it was normal so my only understanding is that it only affects my connection to NA. Any thoughts or suggestions would be nice :D
