So I've been logging on to key fragments extremely frequently lately, almost every time a log on which can be up to twice a day, and yet my honor hasn't even increased to one of the checkpoints. The honors I'm getting are normally tilt proof or friendly so it doesn't make any sense that unless I'm cosplaying Tyler1 over here, which I'm not, that my honor wouldn't increase even if it was just a little.

Key fragments aren't directly tied to your behavior. As long as you're at least honor level 2 you will get the full amount of key fragments (if you play a lot). I don't think somebody with honor level 5 would get key fragments any quicker, except through checkpoint capsules.
