You can mute pings.
/ignore (PlayerName) or /ignore @(ChampionName)
If using champion, add the "@" Beforehand

I just mute the ping sounds so it's not bothersome.
Has this always been a thing?
I have the entire game muted. I still need to be able to remove pings all together while still being able to use my own ;-)

Omfg seriously? I've found lately that even muting someone isn't enough when they spam ????? near me after their latest suicide run from the nexus.
