Granted i agree on that, some people are probably able to B.S. her due to only a niche gag on her kit, but it still feels like to me she's more of the champion who can chase down targets, but if an opponent is smart, they can counter her kit (such as using Yi's W or Tyrndamere's R to nullify her R by forcing her to waste time doing damage that is greatly reduced or effectively disallow her from killing you in that 'window'.

Though i would really not call Renekton that broken since he is quite a one dimensional champion of jump in on you, W stun, Heal Q burst and R if things go south for him, He practically needs to unload his entire kit in one rotation to usually burst his chance of a advantage and so many other champions can out'right wrek him in laning and/or team fights.

Pantheon on the other hand can effectively negate a auto's full damage so he could literally null out Empowered Autos, stun jump you and then get the damage burst with that spear AoE stab rush and can re'trigger his passive again to really null out damage from auto based champions ridiculously well, except ones who could burn thru his stun and just do so many hits that it does not even matter if one of the hits got blocked. Not to mention being part of the global strike series champions so he can dive into any lane, dive behind the enemy turret so he lands right on his opponent that's running away or just plain join a team fight and either force the enemy team to disperse or get jumped by his jump in on the enemy team fight.
