Mana problems...

Has anybody else noticed how much of an issue this is for so many champions now? I just played a game of lux and couldn't cast 3 spells without being dead in the water. When you're against a champion like Yasuo who has a recurring shield this is far from adequate, especially early game. Like how the heck are you supposed to do anything? I feel like I have to build Athenes Morel AND maybe even something else just to function. It's ridiculous.
