Small Buff for Cloud Drake

Everyone agrees, Cloud Drake is almost useless. The only reason worth taking it is in hopes that a better dragon will spawn after. In my opinion, all that needs to be done is instead of granting 15/30/45 out-of-combat movespeed, give it 20/40/60. Right now you need two Cloud Drakes to barely get more movespeed than a pair of normal boots, and movespeed that is situational may I remind you. Riot said the point of the Cloud Drake is to help you move around the map and contest objectives, but that is barely possible even with three of them. The maximum buff you will be getting from this now would be 120 Out-Of-Combat movespeed, which sounds a bit absurd, but 3 of 1 Drake plus the Elder Dragon doubling it is SUPPOSED to be a big reward for both the luck to have them all spawn in a game and the ability to get them.

Please buff Cloud Drake next patch Riot. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just 5 movespeed.
