this is fucking ridiculous. I want riot to get their ass on this board and respond to me directly when i say this: ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR GOD DAMN MIND?
FIRST of all, I dont care how many nerfs or buffs you give to zoe, in the end she's still gonna be complained about and I'll still main her because I love the champion. IMO this is just a way to get people to stfu about zoe and you guys are complying like pound animals. If you think that this will balance her you're dead wrong. Nerf the extra dmg, make it double magic dmg instead of incorperating true dmg into every champion you create nowadays, or even just take the double dmg off of her E entierly. SOMETHING to balance her, not take the only thing that zoe can use as a way to get out of a sticky situation or use to zone people off when she needs it. Are you kidding me? Are you actually serious?
We have champions like Evelynn, Akali, and Talon who NEED nerfs and changes or even Draven WHO YOU HAVEN'T EVEN TOUCHED SINCE SEASON 5 (btw.) I mean look at dark harvest draven and how much damage that does (more dmg than the damage zoe was outputting on release). We have a D tier zoe as it is and you guys keep on nerfing her like she has a problem to begin with in her EQ combo. It's the same thing you did in 8.4 and you had to fix that so i know you'll have to nerf her E's base dmg since people are gonna be complaining about even after this change occurs. This is actually stupid. Now that she only has small amounts of changes to make her fully balanced you do shit like this. You create fun champions and then you nerf or change them into the ground so that they're either no longer fun to play or just plain old garbage. Or you don't nerf or buff champions enough so they do either still too little or too much. Leave zoe alone and fix the rest of your game, she only needs small tweaks as of 8.16, not big changes. Get your shit together riot.
