Can we slow down game pace?

I feel like a large number of games are decided at around 10 minutes or so in. If the team gets ahead in botlane or midlane and they start roaming, you're usually screwed. I feel like lategame team composition doesn't matter nearly as much because of the way games are ended at 20-30 minutes in, slowly and surely. I love games where people actually feel like they're in sort of an even matchup, but when every lane is slowly being pushed in and you know there's no hope defending it, it really just tilts you. Dragons seem to be a huge contributor to this, considering how getting two or so dragons puts you at a huge disadvantage, but doesn't really help much if you're already doing badly. Another thing I've noticed is the xp gain for underleveled characters doesn't seem good enough. If you have to go back to base very often in lane just to survive, you're going to get very behind in levels and end up two or maybe more levels behind your laner, which is an automatic loss. Riot's addition of first tower gold furthers it. I feel like games nowadays are ended far too early to be enjoyable, unlike the crazy 45+ minute games which kept you on your seat not knowing how the game will go until the last teamfight. I feel like I may be biased because I started playing in the season 1-2 meta where everything was incredibly tanky and games lasted 45 minutes on average, but I really think that stomps are just sad. Slowly and surely losing a ranked game is one of the worst feelings you can get playing this game, maybe on par with being flamed.
