Who designed Tristana's rework?
The bonus damage on her W if used on a tagret effected by E is super unnecessary. In fact, I didnt even know this existed until recently. Also, the cooldown lowering on her q and e, just wtf?

Marthian1 votesThose are the results after several patches of buffs to her because she was ridiculously good prior to her rework and the rework left her in a very poor spot.
Also her cooldowns are pretty high, needs something to help deal with that.
