Jayce's passive belongs in his ultimate

Currently his passive says "Gains 40 Movement Speed for 1.25 seconds and can move through units each time Transform is cast." But don't you think that it belongs as a part of his ultimate rather than his actual passive? So if the champion design team really believes he doesn't need a passive, I'm ok with that. But don't try and hide it, have some fun.

For example: New passive idea: Awesome Weapon : "Jayce carries an hammer that transforms into a cannon. Freaking awesome." And his old passive is moved to his ultimate.

Transform champions are always like this. Elise's passive and Nidalee's Hunt mechanic could easily be on their ult as well.

Transform champions are complicated and all that text has to go somewhere. There are limits to how big they can make tooltips.

Elise has a passive? Hang on a second here...........Oh. I never knew that. I legitimately never knew that's where they came from

Nidalee's hunt mechanic also works with the other abilities she has, so it's more suited for being the passive in her kit. Elise's passive doesn't belong in her ultimate because it will work with other abilities to summon a spiderling.

I will give you the Nidalee example, though I'm not sure I agree, but Elise definitely not. Even if you take out the spiderling part of her passive, can you justify "Elise does bonus magic damage and heals on-hit in spider form" not being on her ult?

Jayce has more than enough tools in his kit currently (+the ult already has two passives)...all he´d need is proper ad-caster itemization, as they killed that with their adc-rework-stuff.

The post never suggested Jayce have his current passive moved to his ult and be given a new one, he just wants riot to stop pretending Jayce actually has a passive

Jayce passive : Hammer has a 5% chance to break on attack. Takes 2mins for it to be put back together.
