too many dodges

its impossible to get into game. jesus. no matter what, some way or another someone manages to forget about pressing lock in, some asshole decides his team didnt pick what he wanted, or just plain old trolls deciding to waste ppls time. I am currerntly in B1 after placements, and it takes me 20 MINUTES to get into a game after 5 or so dodges. I really think riot should do something about it, and possibly up the dodge punishment a little more. Not in lp, but in other things.
