I mean, spears? Claws? Teeth? Spiked traps? Only her ult uses magic, lore-wise. The heal is indicated in the lore to be some kind of honeyfruit, so I guess AP scaling might work there. I think that Nidalee's abilities should scale with AD more than AP.
And galio uppercutting a fool also deals magic damage. But a landshark firing an earthquake isn't magical at all apparantly.
