Yasuo mid-game indirectly nerfed next patch (minion change)

Minion changes that will commence next patch will end up indirectly nerfing Yasuo 2 item-spike when it comes to wave clear, as stated by Eternalmatrix, 800k mastery point Yasuo main.

#What Is The Nerf?

(Sources: Eternalmatrix Studies)

#Note: This is just a summary of what the indirect nerfs are. Also, more information on how large the indirect nerf is, was excluded for more clarity.

When Yasuo hits his PD IE item spike, he usually one shots caster minions (with Q) which is a significant factor in his waveclear. Next patch, the minion changes will actually change this, making him unable to do so and having to dash through the minions to kill them immediately. What this does:

Makes Yasuo unable to freeze a wave as well as before

Yasuo can not waveclear as fast (obviously)

Yasuo can still not one-shot the casters, when he has a mallet 3rd item. (He will one shot them if he has BT instead)

  • Note, Yasuo NEEDS BT to one shot them. Any other item worth getting will not grant this ability.

  • Yes, this includes Hexdrinker. However, 15 minute mark he will one shot casters again. Yasuo will basically be pre-indirect nerf when he hits 20 minutes.

  • This does not account additional factors other than items.

#What This Does

Makes Yasuo more annoying to play.

Forces Yasuo into BT for waveclear, allowing for more telegraphed counterbuilding.

  • Bonus, this may mean more squishy yasuos encountered than more durable than average yasuos.

Anyways, that's all. Credit goes to Eternalmatrix. Just wanted to spread the news.

Interesting, though doesn't the same rule apply to everybody anyways? I know Yas can one shot minions at that time, but anyone else who could also can't now either. Thinking Lux E for instance, or Brand W. They did say they wanted people staying in lanes more often, which I for one am happy about. It won't be a 1v4 fiasco every 3 and a half minutes mid lane.
