Yesterday Yasuo wasn't banned in my game. And NO ONE picked him!

Yasuo mains want to get past the laning phase, but don't want him nerfed in the slightest. Quite the connundrum.
Give his dashes a charge system similar to gangplanks barrels w/ a max of 6 charges or something while Keeping the individual cooldown on enemy minions/players.
Just a thought, I'm not a balance master.
