Can we get the option to disable the in-game champion mastery emote?

Sure it may not bother some people, but in certain cases like when I'm being lane bullied by a jhin top laner and he flashes his mastery every time it comes off cooldown for the whole 20 minutes... I'd say it's necessary to add an option to disable the emote, what he was doing was in a way the same thing as spamming a ping or trashtalking in chat, and both of them are able to be muted
