what if hextech crafting worked like this
re roll 3 champion shards = 1 random permanent skin shard
re roll 3 skin shards = 1 random permanent champion
if we were to change just this around so flip it visa versa from what it is now, it would completely get rid of the fact that champion shards are completely useless to those who have played so many games or have paid a large amount to own all the champions and already have them all. since now ALL shards could be used to potentially gain skins given that re rolling champ shards gives a skin and breaking down skin shards gives orange you could even flip flip what gives what color dust and get the same result. just my 2 cents
