Items to build/consider on jhin mid?

So uh, I only played jhin once in norms and twice in bots and I'm pretty curious of his end game build

I know he builds atkspd, crit, and ad but can you guys list down other items he can build?

Is cdr jhin good (for spamming his ult, especially now that his ult refunds 10%)?

Is it worth sacrificing an item slot to give him something defensive like a sterak?

Would a combination of maltorious and sterak be good for his survivability or is an 80% crit build that constantly proc his movement passive already good enough?

I kinda want to build something different from the regular adc build lol sorry for the long post I'm hungry
