I just don't get why Cho
can't kill anyone. I have tried 6 different runes comp and about 5 masteries. Nothing works.

Start maxing W, start focusing on canceling enemy offense while lazily stat checking them in the following auto attack fight with your E.

If you aren't killing people, its cause (gasp) they know how to counterplay him, aka staying.g away.
Look for them to make mistakes. Farm rather freely and sustain out. Likely you can't be killed anyways.
Poke em low, then ult em. Or ult minions and get tankier.
Zorasama1 votesMax W, harass with W, outsustain all day with passive, ult to finish em off. Ult deals true damage, watch your current damage and their health bar. Q is pretty hard to hit so use it to punish when they misplay.
