Towers have been in a miserable state for years now.
"BETTER ROCKS All turrets on Summoner's Rift have gained 300 health" "ROCK TERMITES Minions deal 50% ⇒ 40% reduced damage to turrets" (AKA Minions deal 20% more damage to turrets)
ok

Awesome, now they will survive 4 more of my support's basic attacks. Isn't it great?
With that nerf the +300 hp means almost nothing, towers will actually be falling much quicker after the first few minutes of the game.
I do not understand this line of logic. So all turrets gain 300 hp but than they make minions do more damage? But that doesn't make any sense since their worst change in years made it so minions push harder against you if you are behind, meaning you will likely lose your towers FASTER overall. Riot you got some explaining to do.
Idk why people are still complaining.
This solves a lot of people's complaints about turrets being taken too early and causing one team to snowball out of control with early turret gold gains, and late game complaints about it being frustrating to siege with how good waveclear now is, and how effective turtling can be at stalling out a game.
Just goes to show Riot is doing whatever the hell they want, instead of actually listening to player feedback.
The thing is, the games are about equivallent in game time as any other season. Increasing turret strength will make ADCs even strong again as games will reach lategame a lot quicker.
Edit: Games will be longer more usually so adcs will be stronger. My bad for my incorrect wording.
