she dashes at one person, if her q marks them she can dash again, removing the mark, her e pulls people in an aoe, but does no damage.

ACTIVE: Diana dashes to the target enemy, dealing magic damage. MAGIC DAMAGE: 100 / 160 / 220 (+ 60% AP) If the target is afflicted with Crescent Strike Moonlight, the effect is consumed on all enemies and Lunar Rush's cooldown is reset.

You are most likely seeing the AOE damage from her Q, which she is using to mark a champion to Ult to (Ulting to a mark does not cost mana and is a shorter cooldown).

I'm not sure if it still works, but I believe what people are doing in those videos is using R to dash to someone then WHILE DASHING using Q on the same target.

IIRC this would make Q basically undodgeable (since it was practically from melee range), the target would be hit with R Dash, R dash would reset (since the target was marked with the Q proc), and then Diana could R dash again in the targets face for more damage.

So basically the combo ends up being R, Q, R.

Her shield and her passive. Time it to where you hit all 3.
