BOTRK --> BC? Or Crit on lucian

I know BOTRK and BC used to be the best and I still beleive that it is but I'm not sure can someone please confirm for me which build is better on him now?

Depends on the game. Are you against super armor stacking tanks that need to be kited? Or are you against squishy targets you need to out burst?

BotrK+BC is the better built if you want a strong early powerspike and a powerfull 1v1 laneing. Crit with ER has the better 3 item spike and a better lategame.
