Annie buffs and Janna nerfs when?

So just kinda curious when we'll see Janna and Annie not at the top and bottom of support viability for the 20th patch in a row. I mean it seems kinda crazy to me a champion is allowed to be the highest winrate and pick rate for a single row for this long while Anne has been sitting at the bottom for basically a year now.

Maybe revert the AA range nerf on Annie and see where that puts her? And shave a couple numbers on Janna's shield and heals? Nothing drastic but enough to where she isn't the best and most popular pick. Also while we're at it poor Nautilus has been in the dumpster for quite some time now

annie buffs? you mean the child with a braindead kit needs buffs? nononono hell to the NO janna nerfs? didnt she already see nerfs that kicked her out of pro play what the hell are you complaining about?
