Smurfing rates now even higher than ever since smurfs can now win 5 more times in each account.

Is it SO hard to enforce phone verification to everything but blinds and coop modes?

Yes it is lol. My dude I can hav 10 different phone numbers today and my service provider wouldn't bat an eye. Phone verification would do nothing.

Also, how would smurfing rates go up since Riot clearly stated that LP, and I'm assuming MMR, would splash over so as a player rises in one rank they climb slightly in all others.

ALSO, that new MMR system isn't out until next season last I checked. Literally nothing is different right now.

Yea I’m not sure where you’re getting the idea that Smurfing is currently worse because of the changes since those changes won’t be released until preseason.

? As far as I'm aware, this MMR change was only going to be applied to the ranked ladder and even if it was applied to normals as well it still wouldn't apply til preseason. Where did you see that it was applied to the normal ladder currently?

It is incredibly stupid to entrust your only verifying citizenship number to a gaming company that won't have the cyber defenses to protect it. Giving them a credit card is one thing - you can disable it or replace it if it gets lost or stolen. But you can't repair the damages someone can do if they steal your SSN and your identity.
