A 6th role?

After watching a lot of videos on older seasons on league and how the roles more or less formed I'm curious if a 6th role something like "tops support" would be possible? Despite top being an island it has a lot of influence in the game, if a top laner isnt a tank often no other laner is making the whole team squishy, but also makes them very damage heavy, lately champions that aren't tank top laners seem to have fallen out of meta, I had the idea that if a 6th role for top support was introduced it could lead to 1 bruiser and 1 tank top, or a 2nd adc and tank top, or 2 tanks, or 2 bruisers,etc essentially giving top a new life and giving league more space for experimentation because lately meta is set even before champions and new items are released because people on the PBE test everything and usually higher tier players set the rules, a new role would be completely unpredictable with new a meta and team potential available. Just an idea :D
