What Should Be Requirements For Ranked

Hey there I believe there should be certain requirements met before people can jump into ranked games as I think the source of toxicity in the community is that when people who aren't experienced with ranked games join they don't know a lot because they usually go in straight after hitting level 30 (I did this myself). One of the BIGGEST problems is that some people who jump into ranked id say maybe 20-30% cant fill every role and since in ranked its not you get the role you call there's a lot of toxicity because this person didn't get the role they wanted so now your losing the game because this person can't support or jungle. My suggestions are as fallows.

1. Before entering ranked you must have at least 5 champions to level 5 to show you have at least 5 champions you understand and can play well.
2. you must have a FULL runes page so you are not at a disadvantage in CDR, Damage, etc. 3.you must have 2 or more mastery pages set with a keystone mastery. ( I've seen a lot of players go in without one and because of this they lose very fast especially if they're laning against someone with thunderlords which at the moment is really over powered no matter what you do.)
3. (optionable) i think a certian amount of normal games should be required play because even if they have 5 champions to level 5 its better they get more experience under there belt before doing ranked, otherwise they'll end up like me i play at least as good as a silver player but because of the mistakes ive made in the past for jumping into ranked i've been stuck in bronze for months i climbed all the way to bronze 1 promos and then it was fallowed by the most digusting display of people feeding and throwing matches til i ended up back in bronze 3.

(Ranked is not easy so just jumping into it shouldnt be easy either.)
