Hey everyone. this is my first time doing something like this so I hope you can give me feedback or your own personal thoughts on what the meta is right now. Hope you all enjoy. this is mostly for low elo so for all the high elo players please forgive my ignorance on some topics

So this is about what is the "best way" to play the game at the moment and I honestly think that it is all about how to COUNTER what people consider the "best way" to play right now. I will explain what I mean right now

All around meta rn: We live in a meta at the moment where junglers are monsters, adcs are replaced by mages, and 5 man parties are the thing in most people mind which I would say is pretty fair to say. if you look at the winrates it does show that games end pretty fast these days just because of one fact which is one mistake can win or lose you the game. If their bot lane makes a mistake and gets hit with the 5 man camp, they lose and vice versa. Meanwhile I would say that tp usage is super important as well in a lot of ways in that then you can make it a legitimate 5 man party rather than a 4 man party with the adc complaining "5 man camp woooow" (I swear every time). With that being said I would say the game is way more team oriented than ever before and also your picks are very important as well. I would say one misconception is how people think bot lane should be played nowadays. You often see people trying to go for the lane dominant adcs like draven, MF, and jhin which makes sense since their laning phases are nuts. But there is one thing in common with all of them, they all are adcs that push the lane fast and have no mobility which, in my opinion, is what causes so many 4 man parties. its just too easy to pass up. You want that first tower gold so much that you completely forget about the fact that the enemy can just wrap around and it won't even matter that your sup warded cause you cant get away cause GUESS WHAT YOU ARE PUSHED UP. I just think that the safer adcs picks (stuff like trist, corki, Caitlyn,) are all way better picks to have down there since corki and trist in particular have strong mid game which is huge for the game right now considering how short games are. I also think cait can work as a safe lane dominant pick if played absolutely perfectly. Meanwhile for all my support people out there I will say one thing. STOP GOING THE MAGE SUPPORTS LIKE VEL AND ZYRA! you are doing more harm than good atm because trying to land your poke will often lead to the lane being pushed up or them backing off will make it push up naturally. You are setting yourself up for failure by picking one of those champions at the moment, especially since they are squishy as hell. So I would say that the top support picks atm are the safer support picks that have good gank assist. The main ones I can think of are thresh, nami, bard if you are an absolute god with him, blitz, and braum. They all can sit back and let the wave push out, but if your jungler comes it at all for that juicy bot lane that pushes up, you can easily assist it with your bubbles, hooks, braum passives, and bard bindings. And while this is all opinionated I think that it is something where if used can work against what people think is the way to play bot lane. I also do want to add that when I make these I will not be covering mid, top, and jungle as I have next to no experience in those role and as such am in no place to talk about any of them. hope you all have a good day :D
