Ryze and Azir, received balance retuning, both buffed then gutted by incoming item changes, Ryze getting another rework, Azir getting a change to his E, Lux getting a rework, ahri and leblanc receiving 3 patch cycles worth of tuning for reverts. It seems that all the major balance changes Riot does to popular champions are never permanent, too much or too little, and most of the time end up in them getting gutted in solo que.

Are champs with people who play them too, maybe not as much but getting ignored doesn't help when we're all in consistently bad spots.
