Morgana black shield won't block Zoe's sleep
If it is casted after the player is already drowsy it won't block the sleep.. not sure if it's supposed to be this way

Yes this is intended If Morg wants to block it she needs to block the initial hit
which is stupid, it should just block it ''but but not a cleanse'' works with fizz so should work with this as well screw it
It's intended, though also inconsistent with every preexisting rule regarding two-part crowd control, and CC in general. There was a discussion a little while back where CertainlyT confirmed on Reddit that it was intentional.
I'd like to think of it kinda of like cait's trap. Morg can't block the second half. Granted I think there needs to be a huge sweep over CC immunity and CCs. Like Olaf's ult and Morg's shield, and other abilities vs spells and effects. Just like how dodge, blind, and block? I cant remember for block, finally got their sweep prevented damage from on hit effects like Nasus's Q and Darius' W, among other things.
