Hey Riot! Why are you adding defense to dragon after all?

I remember when elemental dragons first came out you mentioned that you were not adding defense stats as one of them. I remember it being related to it potentially being toxic to the game, i.e people that are ahead will always be ahead and there is no come back.

What made you change your decision? I genuinely curious to know. Also, do you think this will promote a snowball effect for winning teams? What are your ideas or plans on mitigating this effect from the defense buff?
