Some people think that the gap between Silver and Gold is nothing big, actually the gap is pretty big because 70% of the player base is actually Bronze-Silver and the other remaining 30% is above Gold, So to all of you Gold V - ... players who think they are hardstuck and worthless remember that being Gold V alone means you are better than 70%...

While the skill gap between silver5 and gold5 is almost nonexistent in comparison to higher elos, you are correct and it's important to remember that gold is actually really good compared to the majority of the playerbase :)
