Invisibility right now where someone can just delete you from the game for 1-2 seconds is not fun... let alone champions like Shaco, Twitch where Shaco doesn't even have indicator, Twitch has but his indicator doesn't even matter because his range is big enough to start hitting you from there without you getting information that he is there, like cheese strategy where Twitch just takes Red and goes to Bot bush and kills you when you are coming to lane after his successful gank...

Akali's invisibility is on another different level...

twitch´s range indicator is so inconsequential I have to get reminded that this thing even exists. And even though I don´t really want to perpetuate the circlejerk how dmg is way to high, I would still like to mention that stealth wouldn´t be as valuable if one short confrontation with two or three auto attacks wouldn´t be all that is needed.

I'm probably biased, but I think Eve's stealth is balanced pretty well. Notably, you didn't mention her in your post. Twitch though is def stupid broken.
