Can you revert that Vi attack speed nerf from a while back?

If you wanted to nerf clear speed (back then) you should have just nerfed the attack speed steroid on her W, not her base attack speed. But now she can't powerfarm to an early 6 like she was doing back when she got that nerf so now it is just pointless.

Especially with the new runes where you can't take attack speed quints anymore she just feels needlessly clunky early game on PBE. And no, you can't afford to go Precision as your primary tree on her because most of those runes suck on her especially the keystones. I've played countless games as Vi and my muscle memory still manages to fail me and I screw up her Q AA E combo, particularly early game because her attack speed is just so low.

This is really just a QOL change I'm asking for, it does almost nothing to make her OP or anything like that.
