Double IP Boost

I propose that the double ip boost during the 10 year anniversary of Riot be back. But with limits of course, or it will be like celebrating Riot's 10 year anniversary once a month. So my idea to share, is that the double ip boost be introduced again, and become one of LoL's features. And maybe limited to reward a boost only on victory or just have it active for 2 days instead of 3. I know some people will have to disagree on my suggestion since this IS the internet, and I can see why, having an IP boost would mean less people buying champs with RP, less people buying RP would mean less money for Rito. But it would reward active players nicely for just playing the game, and would invite other less-active people to come play again. So please take this into consideration. : ^)
