Owned skin locked after new client update.

It's just as the title says, Most of the skins I bought uptill now are locked ever since I updated to the new client. However there are some skins I bought that are still unlocked, and when I went back to the legacy client it's still the same, others are locked, some arent. Im hoping this is some bug from the new client that was just brought back to the legacy client. Please reply with feedback.
