Patch 7.5 LeBlanc

Patch 7.5 has finally come around and that makes for another round of bugfixing and nerfing, especially LB. Im not a Leblanc main nor do I play her frequently, but I dont think nerfing her base damage and her AP ratio is gonna help at all. She's not exactly fun to play against but at least revolve her nerfs around why people dont like playing against her. The nerf on her W was enough but the E was unnecessary.

Her W should be used for mobility since it's not fun being bodyslammed by a mage and shedding half your health. E should be harder to hit like a bit of delay or smaller hitbox and should show how far you have to go to break it to the enemy, and hitting the second part of E should be rewarded to the player with more damage than the first cast.

It's my opinion on LeBlanc's recent changes this patch. and I've mentally and physically prepared myself for the upcoming feedback im gonna get.

I agree with you atleast on the E, it would also be nice if they slashed off the 'secondary' effects on the R mimic, namely she can't 'pop' back to her RW portal or do a 2nd proc of rope damage+ root on her RE. Her W in anycase was also a strong source of damage and so ridiculously easy for her to pop and then quickly pop back especially against champions with roots who can't deny her a escape, even then she could just use her E, walk away and the root also granted her a perfect safety to escape if she gets caughed by a champion like Ryze using his W root, which again, Leblanc can just use her E soon as she's hit by the W root so soon as it expires, her's would proc.

especially the delays would be nice, if she is going to get what's effectively a flash (meaning she can't be interrupted mid-way and can use it to wall jump), it does 'AoE' damage and even a pop back, lets her out'juke opponents ridiculously, like having you flash to catch her when she uses W then she justs W's back to her original spot leaving a large gap of space (which is just like the B.S. that Ekko's R does and results in hard to catch large distance gaps).

-Hell lets throw in a scaling gimmick to it, namely like how Fizz's R works on it's damage and size based on distance thrown, but it would not only affect the damage on the first and second hits for leblanc's E, but the root duration too, so she can't be pulling anymore point blank free damage roots and combos.

Either an Assassin gets strong damage but has to be risky with it or they get alot of gimmicks but do poor damage and require chaining it together successfully todo 'good damage', it should not be the best of both worlds for 'any' assassin, especially ones with EZ damage like leblanc.
