Can we talk about Lee Sin?
Lee Sin has the lowest win rate of all the junglers right now. Even before nerfs he still was below a 50% win rate. The only reason he gets nerfed is because of pro play. I think he deserves some buffs.

just because people suck at him doesn't make him bad.
No, Lee Sin is a jg that was lacking NOWHERE before the nerfs, every champs needs to have some kind of weak point, notice how he's being seen in games again since his nerf? He's rarely banned now
47% is still pretty darned near the mid-point (50%) - and keep in mind that's for those players who put in little time on the champ. (And Lee gets a lot of play by players with a wide range of skill - a 12% playrate is insanely high.) To be honest, 47% winrate is actually not bad for a champ that requires some skill to get him to be ridiculously strong.
That I recommend you do is go back to your champion.gg and take a closer look at the winrate of those players who put some time into the champ. After about 50 games, then suddenly you are looking at a champ that has a 53% winrate, which suggests that perhaps he is still a bit too strong in one or two areas.
Sorry - I don't think you will be getting your wish too soon.
once they fix catchup experience which makes champions immortal to counter jungling he ll be fine
