Suggestion: Limitless gamemode (rotation)
I just had a suggestion for a temporary gamemode that would be fairly easy to implement, and silly, and fun. It's called limitless A certain troublesome little trickster with a tendancy for violence went and vandalized a dictionary, erasing the word maximum. And, since all dictionaries are obviously reality altering artifacts, this means that there are no maximums in the game! The following mechanics are altered.
Damage limits on weapons such as nidalee's spear or hecarim's charge are removed. Movement speed soft and hard caps are multiplied by 4 or more (depending on the engine's ability to handle extreme speeds) Cooldown reduction has a 40% soft cap, with further cooldowns applying to the time remaining. All skill shots are global. Skillshots with no travel time (like lux's lazer) are reapplied where the normal end is after a delay equal to 1/2 the animation duration, allowing them to appear to travel across the map. Skillshots with a projectile travel time travel normally. Stacking items have no cap. Any effects that apply at maximum stacks will apply when the normal maximum is reached. Any effect that discharges stacks will discharge all stacks, with full effect, or discharge a of the maximum, with multiple instances of the effect if a maximum is required (For example, statikk shiv will apply shiv lightning multiple times, once for each 100 stacks built up, Rapid Firecannon will grant its damage and range bonus multiple times, but dead man's plate will discharge all stacks, but only for double damage) Additionally, muramana and archangels staff now have the mana charge ability (Also with no cap) Most (maybe all) instances of "Up to" are removed. This means miss fortune's doubling shot can bounce through an entire minion wave before murdering you, assuming the ranges and areas line up correctly. Many abilities are adjusted to have some form of limitless range and/or duration. For example, Rammus's powerball only loses duration while he's not moving, Brand's Ultimate ability will bounce infinite times, but will not bounce to targets his passive has already gone off on, and Tryndamere's and Yi's ultimates gains some small amount of duration each time they attack.
