Malzahar overnerf

Hello riot. It's my opinion that you've gone too far on malzahar's shield nerf. While i completely agree that it needed toning down, i feel you could've done either the shield duration drop, or the CD bump, but both is too much. Honestly, I feel that the cooldown bump is the way to go, emphasizing his ability to withstand a full real burst from possibly even multiple champions, while also giving him a viable window to take him out.

I'm going to play devils advocate and say that he basically doesn't have a passive now. However, i don't think his power ever had much to do with his passive. Hear me out.

His winrate is very much influenced by his passive (~55% now down to 50%). Bad players were given a lot more leeway with how powerful it was. However, now they've effectively removed it, meaning that the safety net for the bad players has been all but removed.

Does this change "over nerf" malzahar? No probably not, he is still just as strong as before. Except now they've lowered the skill floor a little. By no means does this fix the problems that the champion has after the terrible rework.

Why must you guys complain that his overpowered shield was nerfed? He still can avoid an immediate burst thanks to the shield, and let's not get started on that ultimate.

If anything, he is still far too strong. Riot should probably remove the pool from the ultimate as dealing %health + bonus magic damage while also suppressing the enemy is quite unbalanced. He can easily one-shot anyone in the game... anyone. You can stack all the MR+HP you want, but he still rips your HP bar away.
