its her shroud she can littarly sit under turrets with it an the turret wont attack her it will expose her but i still dont think you can attack her while shes in it idk i dont live long enough to figure that out
why does riot claim to nerf oppressive unfun characters but than go an give champions abilities like akali's shroud why?
DexterDougglas1 votesYou have to learn to play around the shroud. It's not like she's invulnerable in it. She a rather weak champ due to how her kit is. How many other champs have to run back and forth to get their passive to do the damage. She relies on her passive to do the damage and without that shroud doing it's job she'd be a sub40% winrate probably. If you want the shroud to not work with turrets then she'd need compensation somewhere else. It's not like she's op atm. In 1v1 scenario she is strong, but guess what. When are 1v1s super important late game. In her late game, she gets blown up by 3-4 spells while simultaneously not being able to get any damage off due to how her passive works. There is a reason she has a low winrate and it's not just because people are learning. She is legitimately weak.
SEKAI1 votesShe can still be hit with non-lockon attacks, so skillshots and AoE will still work. It's not that big of a problem if you can see her, or at least it isn't the most stupid aspect of the shroud.
The biggest problem is that if she uses it in the middle of the lane, it basically turns the entire fucking lane into a no-go zone with its ridiculous size, the fact you don't know where she is in it on top of the fact she gains MS when inside of it making hitting her with spells even harder.
It's not even like old Akali where she either comes to you or she doesn't, but she has to get free-point mobility too now because why not? That's extremely annoying.
