Morgana's Dark Binding

No offense but, the root duration on her q needs to be toned down. 3 full seconds without buying tenacity is just too much, for a champion whose play style is relatively safe, and it's not like it does weak damage at level 5 its 300 base damage plus 90% ap. That's a ton of damage, plus a ridiculous root in 1 spell. So I say we either drop it to 2 or 1.5 seconds were its not too oppressive and still does all its damage. I mean leblanc's chain lasts 1.5 seconds and lux's q lasts 1 second so I don't see why Morg still has this q at 3 seconds. And don't give me this bs about its mana cost and bs because lux and morgana have the same mana cost, but lux's does less damage. I'm not asking for a damage reduction i just don't see how a spell has had a 3 second root for so long, and it needs to be nerfed.
