PSA Jinx's passive is ridiculous and feels overly strong

I've noticed jinx's passive gives you 15% TOTAL ATK SPEED this is many fold more powerful than normal atk speed (which only increases BASE atk speed!), so for instance say she is at 1.6 arks per second her passive increases THAT number by 15% instead of her base atk speed by 15%. This is overwhelming as soon as she gets a kill and at 4 can sit at 2.5 atks per second at most stages of the gAme when in minigun mode. The movement speed feels appropriate

I play adc and main support and I don't like these threads, jinx is fine, I've never had a problem facing her and when I have it's because I fed

Pow-Pow, the Minigun: Basic attacks grant bonus Attack Speed for 2.5 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times for a total bonus of [0]% (bonus scales with spell rank and Jinx's level).
