What the heck is up with Swain?

Like, I realize he's a dot mage and is suppose to heal, but he shouldn't be taking me to 1/3 of my hp at level 5 from hitting a snare + q on me. Nor should he be diving me under tower when I'm at half, take a good 4-5 tower shots, and walk out at 2/3rds of his original health.. That's insane, not to mention you need 3 person ganks to kill him, else he runs a good chance of a double kill. Getting triple kills for missing half his shit and having his ult on.

At least make that damage ramp up, christ all mighty.
