Are they actually lesbians and if not why do people think that they are?

I just ask because I was all ready to commend Riot on having diverse LGBT Champions in the game. We all know that is very eh... questionable in his sexuality but has Riot ever explictly confirmed that and are estranged ex-lovers?

1.: Diana and Leona are sisters. 2.: Riot has never confirmed any Sexuality at any Champion. We may know some offical pairings but besides that riot ditches this thema as it may offend some people(age restriction may go up)
