Nocturne Buff plox?
I'd like if you use ulty but you dont use the dash part it half the cooldown. I find it really annoying when I ult then someone takes the kill before I dash then having to wait for the 2 minute cooldown :p.

I agree on this. Im a nocturne main, he was my first champion ever purchased back in like.. late season 1 is when i began playing i believe.
As far as stats go, Nocturne is fairly balanced.
Sure, his ult needs to have half its CD down if he doesnt use the dash, so it can be used as a tool instead if he needs to block vision for his team.
The other "buffs" to his kit, i believe when he does his passive AoE hit, if he hits 2 or more champions with it, he should gain 5% life steal, for each champion hit(so 10, then 15, then 20, then 25 for all 5).
The other buff, is when he lands his dash on his ult, it should make a 1.5 second, if not even just a .5 second fear to the target, idk HOW many times ive ulted a ez and he jumps out of it, while i land where he was, but he Es away, and takes little to no damage from it.
Nocturne is perfectly fine. He is extremely strong and destroys his targets. I reached Diamond 4 with Noc season 5, season 6 he is even stronger but Dynamic Queue is not making it easier.
If you build him correctly, you will be at 30% CDR under 12 minutes. GG.
His passive should be in his Q though.

Now Grants "Glimpse of the Void": Lasts 20 minutes and persists through Death While alone, you gain damage reduction vs champions. While alone, attacks build corruption charges: At 100 stacks, your next attack discharges all Corruption to deal bonus magic damage (works on minions and towers too, reduced damage for >ranged attacks) Corruption stack rate and discharge damage scale with champion level.
Get that buff and clench your butthole when he Jumps at you.
