So I rerolled 3 skins and I'm supposed to get 1 skin that i don't own but i believe it has to be from the selection of owned champions. But i dont own morg and I feel a bit cheated :P

No, unfortunately that's not a bug. You can get skins for champions you don't own.

You can't unlock a skin if you don't own the champion in the first place, that's just how it is.

It's all random, RNG.
